PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONSTITUTE A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT.

This platform is not designed for crisis situations.
Welcome to doors. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform and services offered by XRAPY SARL (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Platform”). By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. The Services
The Platform is a technology service that facilitates access to online mental health services, including individual therapy, couple therapy, and parenting counseling (“Therapy Services”). Our role is limited to connecting users (“you,” “your,” “Client”) with licensed and vetted mental health professionals (“Therapists”).
Important Acknowledgements:
- Independent Contractors: Therapists on this Platform are independent professional contractors. They are not our employees, agents, or representatives. The Therapist is solely responsible for the quality and delivery of the Therapy Services they provide.
- Not Medical Advice: Other than the direct guidance you receive from your Therapist, no content on the Platform should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. User Eligibility and Consent
- Adults (18 Years and Older):
By using the Services, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement under the laws of Lebanon and your country of residence.
- Minors (Under 18 Years of Age):
Users under the age of 18 (“Minors”) may only use the Services with the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Parental Consent: A parent or legal guardian must provide explicit consent for the Minor to use the Services by completing our Parental Consent Form. The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the Minor’s use of the Platform, including all fees and compliance with these Terms.
- Minor’s Assent: We believe in the Minor’s active participation in their care. By using the Services, the Minor acknowledges they understand that therapy is a safe space to talk, that their participation is voluntary, and that confidentiality will be maintained, with legally mandated exceptions explained by their Therapist.
3. Client Rights and Responsibilities
- Your Rights: You have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, inquire about your Therapist’s qualifications, participate in your treatment plan, expect confidentiality within legal limits, and end therapy at any time.
- Your Responsibilities: You agree to participate honestly, attend sessions on time, provide accurate information, and treat your Therapist with respect. You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, secure, and stable internet connection for your sessions. Recording sessions by any means is strictly prohibited.
4. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account informations and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your account.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy
- Fees and Billing:
You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen services or subscription packages in accordance with our published rates. Payments are billed in advance. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled. We will send a payment reminder to your registered email address before the renewal date.
- Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Card, PayPal, Western Union, Whish Money, or Bank Transfer. Note: An additional 3% to 3.5% fee applies to any non-card payment options like PayPal, Western Union, and Bank Transfer paymentsay apply.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Non-Refundable: All payments for sessions and subscription packages are non-refundable.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: To avoid being charged for a session, you must cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in the session being charged in full.
- Subscription Cancellation & Credits: You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us before your renewal date. Any unused sessions from a cancelled subscription will remain in your account as credit for a period of three (3) months from the date of cancellation. This credit can be used to book future sessions.
- Transfer of Credit: Upon request, unused session credits may be transferred to a family member or friend.
- Pauses: You may pause your subscription for up to three (3) months. Your unused sessions will remain in your account as credit during this period.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late for a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. If you do not join within the first 20 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing activity.
- Post, store, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload viruses or any other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, in no event shall XRAPY SARL, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from the conduct of any Therapist or other user. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to the Services is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XRAPY SARL and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
12. General Provisions
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your information. This policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our Services.
- Personal and Account Information: When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, date of birth, and phone number.
- Health and Session Information: To match you with a Therapist, we may collect information through intake questionnaires. This information is considered Protected Health Information (PHI). Details discussed within your therapy sessions are confidential between you and your Therapist, subject to the limits described in Section 3.
- Emergency Contact Information: We collect the name and phone number of an emergency contact, whom you authorize us to contact in a crisis situation.
- Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by our secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
- Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect data like your IP address, device type, browser information, and interaction with our Platform through cookies and similar technologies to ensure functionality and improve our service.
- Communications Data: We collect information when you contact our support team or provide feedback.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide and Manage Services: To create your account, match you with a Therapist, schedule sessions, and process payments.
- To Communicate With You: To send administrative information, appointment reminders, and service updates.
- For Safety and Security: In a crisis, your Therapist may use your Emergency Contact Information or contact relevant authorities to ensure your safety or the safety of others.
- To Improve Our Platform: We use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics, research, and to enhance the user experience. We will never use your identifiable personal health information for marketing.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: To respond to court orders, legal processes, and to comply with applicable Lebanese laws and professional regulations.
3. Confidentiality and Information Disclosure
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose your personal information except in the following limited circumstances:
- With Your Therapist: We share your intake and contact information with your assigned Therapist to facilitate your care.
- For Safety Emergencies: We are legally and ethically obligated to breach confidentiality in specific situations, including:
- If there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or to another person.
- In cases of suspected child or vulnerable adult abuse or neglect.
- When required by a court order.
- With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors (e.g., hosting providers, software developers) who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements to help us operate the Platform.
- Platform Oversight: To ensure quality of care and safety, authorized Clinical Oversight Personnel may need to review de-identified session data or, in rare cases (such as a formal complaint or safety concern), specific session transcripts. This access is strictly controlled and limited.
- With Your Explicit Consent: For any other purpose, we will only share your information after obtaining your explicit consent.
4. Data Security
We implement robust administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information. This includes data encryption, firewalls, and strict access controls. However, no online transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our Services and to comply with our legal and professional obligations. In accordance with Lebanese law and professional standards for health records, therapy records and personal data must be retained for a minimum period (typically ten years) after your last contact with the service. This information cannot be deleted upon request before this period has elapsed, as it is required for legal and safety purposes.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data, you have certain rights regarding your data, including the right to access and rectify your information. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.
7. Use of Cookies
We use cookies to operate and secure the platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
